All About Me
WHO AM I?
My name is Cassie Leigh Fitzgerald.  I was born in Albion, Michigan on September 20, 1982.  My parent’s names are Tom and Sally.  I have two sisters.  One sister is older than I am and one is younger.  Nancy is my older sister.  She is 22.  Molly is my younger sister.  She is 17.
When I was in third grade, my dad took a job in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.  I wasn’t very happy at the time, but now I realize that it was the best thing for my whole family.
I graduated from Lincoln High School in the year 2000.  I decided to attend the University of
Wisconsin La Crosse with the hopes of graduating with a major in elementary
education and a minor in early childhood education.  I plan on graduating in May of 2005.

WHERE IS MANITOWOC?

Manitowoc, Wisconsin is located about 30 minutes south of Green Bay.  Manitowoc is right on Lake Michigan.  The Carferry that travels across Lake Michigan leaves from Manitowoc and travels to Ludington, Michigan.  The U.S.S. Badger is also docked in Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.

WHERE DO I WORK?

Well, which place do you want to know about?  One of my jobs is on the UW-La Crosse campus.  I work at the Campus Child Center.  I really like working there.  It is usually more fun than work!   I work at the center about 10 hours a week.
I also work at JC Penney in Onalaska.  I have worked there for over a year now.  The pay isn’t that great, but I save so much money on clothes and other miscellaneous things.  I plan on working at both Campus Child Center and JC Penney until I graduate from college, which hopefully won’t seem like too far away

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN MY LIFE?

Once again there are so many things that mean so much to me.  My family is by far the most important thing in the world.  I am really close to both of my parents and miss them very much now that I am back at school.
I also have two very important dogs  and a very important cat that I had to leave at home this summer.  The dogs are both Golden Retrievers.  Jack is three and Toby is 5 months.  By the time I go home next, I won’t even recognize Toby because he will be pretty much full-grown.  Snowball is my cat and he is pretty old.  She looks just like a snowball.
I really miss the people and animals that I left in Manitowoc, but hopefully I will get to go home soon to see them.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY FREE TIME?

I like to do so many different things.  One of my favorite things to do is to go camping.  I love nature and everything that goes with it.  I also love to go fishing and for walks around the lighthouse in Manitowoc.
My friends are very important to me as well.  I love to just
simply hang out with them.
I also love to play with my 3 year-old nephew, named Seth.  He is so much fun to be around.
